About Interest Group

Capital supply has long been the focus of all business. In essence, capital supply has been synonymous with equity or/and bank financing. For small and medium-sized businesses, it has become increasingly cool in the capital market for debt transactions for this sort of companies.. Banking is increasingly falling away, the regulations, including new Basel rules, have made it all too expensive for banks to lend to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.

New forms of financing have arisen, high-yield bonds and Peer-to-Peer borrowing are two terms that are often mentioned. For small and medium-sized companies, it is often difficult to get enough loan volume to issue a bond loan.

For the lender, exposure to individual companies means a high, sometimes a too high risk level. Interest Group is an actor who wants to offer small and medium-sized (SME) companies primarily debt financing, through different types of modern instruments. It is our contribution to improve capital supply for small and medium-sized companies. For investors, our portfolio adds reduced risk with an attractive return.
